I’ve been designing a Cotswold-inspired stone Tudor cottage this week, and it brought me right back to last summer in Castle Combe. The village streets lined with warm #Cotswold stone left quite an impression; I can’t wait to go back.
I wonder what you prefer - a stone cottage, or a stone cottage with half timbers on the upper story?

Both are cool, but I like the timbers! The masonry in general is so full of character and history!
