🇹🇭 Nibbana has been our favorite Thai restaurant in Bellevue for almost 15 years—dating back to its old location. @nibbanathai

✨ We finally checked out their sister spot at @thelandinginrenton to see the newly remodeled space, and first things first—credit where it’s due. This is one of those rare restaurants that truly delivers on every level: great vibes, attentive service, and even better food and drinks.

We usually stick to what we know (if it works, why change? 😅), but Tum had a few recommendations, and we decided to trust him—and I’m so glad we did.

🦞 Fiery Love Lobster Udon — spicy just the way I like it and seriously addicting 🔥
🌿 Premium Beef Tenderloin Basil Bomb — my favorite of the day; the flavor was intense and incredible. I still can’t stop thinking about this.
🥑 Silky Salmon Avocado Curry — Nilenud’s favorite of the day. Avocado in green curry with salmon? Hello?! 🤯
🥭 Fresh Mango Sticky Rice

Their attention to detail shines through in everything they do, and you can genuinely feel that Tum and his team live and breathe hospitality—which makes every visit so memorable.
