Wow 🤯

I'VE BEEN GETTING CHANGED FOR TV FOR OVER 16 YEARS… SO HOW HAVE I ONLY JUST DISCOVERED THIS?! 🤯😱

Those dreaded white deodorant marks on black clothes have driven me MAD for years… and this little hack has genuinely blown my mind!

I filmed this a few months ago, but I STILL can’t believe how well it works. Watch until the end because if you struggle with this too, you NEED to know this! 🖤

Moms are constantly asked, “What’s your secret?” “How do you make it look so easy?” “How do you keep everything together?” But we don’t ask enough about how moms are really doing.

1 in 5 mothers in the U.S. report symptoms of depression or anxiety, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are among the most common complications during pregnancy and the first year after birth. Most maternal mental health conditions are temporary and treatable, but so many moms are used to pushing through instead of asking for help.

That’s the message behind the @adcouncil’s The Secret to Motherhood campaign. There is no secret to motherhood. The more honestly we talk about the parts no one warned us about, the less alone moms have to feel.
