41 ✨ years on 3/31/2026 and I don’t forget for a second how privileged I am to be ALIVE and breathing on this earth. Time is not promised. Health/Life/Time is not guaranteed. I wish for mySelf and family/friends to be kinder to those they love and those they don’t…because every one of us is struggling internally at any given moment with something. I also pray that if something is irking you/bothering you that you take action and make shifts so that you are not a product of patterns but a living, flexible & teachable human riding the waves not being caught underneath/drowned by any. Honor yourSelf the way you would a newborn! Easier said than done, but if you are alive and still reading this. Please put the phone down and smile at someone, pet your animal or reach out to a person you love and tell them what they mean to you.
