Shante’ Paige

Tomorrow 9:30 pm EST is a special live with my soul sister Michelle Sanchez. We will start off with an interview, immediately followed by a sound bath meditation. Michelle Sanchez is a Brooklyn-born spiritual healer, sound practitioner, and trauma-informed holistic coach who transformed a 20-year career in the music industry into a life dedicated to healing and spiritual alignment. After years of marketing sound and storytelling for major artists across Hip-Hop, Gospel, and R&B, a profound personal awakening led her to shift her path—trading alcohol for affirmations, toxicity for truth, and an old identity for a life rooted in clarity, peace, and divine purpose.

Today, she combines both worlds being an Exec for Grammy Award winning artist Anthony Hamilton’s team. And as a Trauma-Informed Certified Practitioner, Reiki Healer, Sound Healing Expert, Chakra Alignment Specialist, Retreat Facilitator, and Plant Medicine Guide, helping individuals break generational cycles, release survival patterns, and return to their authentic selves. Michelle believes healing is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you were before survival, conditioning, and expectation shaped your identity. #whenitfinallyclicks #herstory #spirituality #blackwomanshistorymonth
