I finally have a weekend to eat food of the highest nutritional value, and let it saturate my being. And suddenly, I have the strength to return to the gym.
Its been 3 years since mom passed into glory. Its been three years since I went to the gym. The last time we were there together at the pool.

I never knew you were a swimmer until you shared yesterday. Thatโs awesome! One of these days Iโll have to tell you about the time I spent under the throne, literally.
