One of my favorite songs is "I Am" by @eddiejames_ There are lyrics in the song that say 'I am your freedom. I am your Jubilee'. I choreographed a dance to this a few months before the global pandemic. While many continued in cycles of bondage, I began a new journey of walking in Freedom, I had not experienced previously.I have walked with the God of Creation for many years, but this idea that Jesus IS Jubilee was new.

God created Jubilee cycles for our lives. Jubilee began a 12 month cycle of total reset. That we walk out of cycles of deatruction and into the freedom of Jubilee! Will you join in?

I finally have a weekend to eat food of the highest nutritional value, and let it saturate my being. And suddenly, I have the strength to return to the gym.

Its been 3 years since mom passed into glory. Its been three years since I went to the gym. The last time we were there together at the pool.

Creative Gathering hosted by THE fabulous Prophetic Creative @margueriteanglinart was amazing last night. Its amazing how old jewelry can be broken down, taken apart and the pieces be made into something new. I made two sets of earrings with a yellow/Gold & Lemon motif.

The first set incorporated pieces of my mother's old jewelry, so as I wear them she is remembered and near. Even in loss there is yet life.

The second set I made from a necklace that I loved but stopped wearing because it didnt look the same as when it was new. I broke it apart and used a few beads for a new pair of earrings. I invited others to do the same. The next two pictures are what they created.

Through this Prophetic act, Gid spoke, that there is a time for me to be broken and through this, others will be built up and pushed into a new purpose. Nothing is wasted if we allow God to re-form, and re-purpose. It was a joy to see parts of my 1 old thing be incorporated into three new pairs of earrings!

As I ponder all the people, experiences and places that shaped and molded my heart. I look back into Love. I am grateful to enter today into a Jubilee season of Freedom, Joy and Glory the God of the Universe graciously gives through Jesus Christ.

Thankful to be granddaughter of Margaret and Mildred who bestowed the MMM goodness of God to my name. Honored to be the granddaughter of Theodore and Reese who gave me my creative fight for life. Blessed to be Loved immensely by my parents Sidney and Linda, who in Glory, still shine through me gloriously.

I went 25 years not wearing braid extensions. I always loved the braided look, but it was never for me for a variety of reasons. One of which was the braiding hair: scalp irritation, rough texture & bad purchasing experiences.
