๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ Donโt buy anything from Carvana! They will sell you a lemon. Bad brakes. Bad transmission. Bad ac compressor. Oil leaks. Shakes and noises. Itโs a nightmare and they wonโt help you at all. They wonโt exchange it even if itโs the 8th day that youโve had the car. They wont repair it. Car was involved in an accident that had not been reported. I didnโt catch the issues fast enough. Thanks for the $600/month lawn ornament. ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ

๐จ BUYER BEWARE โ CARVANA ๐จ We reported suspension + TPMS concerns HOURS after delivery after having to pull off the highway because parts under the hood were improperly secured. Multiple shops later confirmed concerns, yet we were repeatedly sent for more inspections, photos, and proof instead of resolution or accountability. We were even told repairs had to go through the EXTENDED WARRANTY WE PURCHASED despite reporting the issues on DAY ONE. We seriously question the so-called โ150-point inspectionโ and how this vehicle passed NYS inspection. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING IN WRITING. We looked for weeks to find a very specific vehicle. Found one through carvana and it seemed like a dream. The first problems came when we elected not to use their financing. Carvana had a 20% interest rate whereas our bank offered 8% and carvana made it as difficult as possible to use our own bank. When we finally received the vehicle it had been damaged by the cleaning crew. Carvana said that they would take care of it. We drove the vehicle for less than an hour before all kinds of lights started coming on. Carvana said if they were going to fix any of it we had to bring it to their specific approved mechanics. The mechanics found all kinds of things wrong with this vehicle. DANGEROUS things including shifting issues, bad brakes, bad engine, etc. Eventually the mechanics themselves told us that the vehicle was so dangerous it shouldn't even be driven. Then carvana has the balls to tell us if they were going to pick the vehicle up we we need to be available for a TWELVE hour window. And THEN, they didn't show up to pick up the car. We found out about a week later that they put the same vehicle BACK on the market to try to sell it to someone else. This company needs to be dismantled. UPDATE: Carvana's social media team keeps blocking my accounts because I keep commenting this story. Absolute sleezebags.

You sold a car in an unsafe condition to @fosterbabycats If you by some chance donโt know who she is yet, she single-handedly runs a cat rescue specialising in sick neonatal kittens. And youโre pretending you did nothing wrong. Weโre all watching. We will hold you accountable and we will not go away with time. You need to make things right!

You need to do the right thing and REPLACE @fosterbabycats TIRES, then issue an apology AND make a donation. This is why youโre now in danger of losing a lot of credibility.
