I honestly didn’t think my unemployment would extend past my birthday, but on the eve of ushering in another year, I find myself grateful for this unexpected season. For the freelance work that’s tiding me over. For the time to volunteer, to make art, to move my body, and to build friendships. I’m choosing to focus on the good stuff I trust 33 has in store. 💕
