This journey guides you through all the changes your daughter’s body (and inner being) will go through during puberty, and will support you in providing the framework and tools as you walk with your daughter through this beautiful threshold.

This course includes a series of video teachings that guide you and your daughter through puberty, the body, and the menstrual cycle—while also weaving in emotional support, practical preparation, and a deeper understanding of nature’s rhythms.

You’ll learn how the body changes, how the cycle works, how to prepare for a first period, and how to approach this time with clarity, confidence, and connection.
