Safe to say I found my people ♥️

After 15 years in the beauty industry and 5 yrs working as an independent aesthetician the biggest thing I want people to know and understand is that we’re doing so much more than selling skincare and providing facials, we’re building communities one interaction at a time. I am STUNNED by the community @drtiinameder has built in the 17 yrs @meder_beauty has been on the market but it didn’t start 17 years ago…It started with every meaningful connection, each student who followed her methods closely long after they completed their training. It’s very rare for beauty brands to create and keep such an authentic connection with their distributors and professional clients. What I noticed most often when speaking to our professionals from all over Europe is that we’re sharing similar struggles but most importantly a similar SUCCESS. The longevity we’ve built in our careers is in part due to the consistency and predictably of working with phenomenal products developed by a founder who cares more about their R&D than their marketing; cares more about working with like minded individuals than being the most popular brand founder in the room. I could go on and on but for now…

Congratulations to @drtiinameder on the launch of our new product Vita-Long 2.0 and thank you to every single person who attended this conference for embracing me and acknowledging all the hard work and intention we’re putting into the Meder Beauty Podcast and professional Youtube channel.
