Once again, our hearts and bellies are full after our latest TIMPLA Cookbook Club gathering! We discussed and shared nourishing dishes from A FEATHER AND A FORK: 125 Intertribal Dishes from an Indigenous Food Warrior by
@wahpepahskitchen. We enjoyed a rich discussion about our relationship to the land, the availability and seasonality of ingredients, colonization and food access, recipe modifications, and so much more.
So grateful for our bountiful spread!
