@discovery_mus this Saturday May 9th @ 18:00 pm … come and see the Seven bridges audio / visual installation as part of the @thelateshows in association with @creativecentralncl ✨
@thewelfarecollective brass feat. on the ‘Swing Bridge’ - stand on a pressure pad either side of the Swing Bridge at the installation to hear the brass section of the Seven Bridges song (available on all stream services now) 🎧 … huge thanks to Paul & Joe @saltrecording for the invite to be apart of this project 🙌

Rivers divide people, bridges connect them Through bridges we are a unified place.
Since AD 122 there has always been a bridge over the Tyne. Now there are seven.
We are a bridge building place.
Seven Bridges celebrates our historic ability as a local community to build bridges.
Industry, sport, culture, music, we come together in many ways.
A bespoke musical composition shaped by collaboration, interaction comes when 2 people stand at each end of a bridge unlocking new elements to the music.
Through collaboration a new connection between people is made and the music changes.
