Emily - brings attitude, confidence, energy, and facials to every rehearsal and performance! When you watch her perform, her energy commands the room.
Mary - lights up the room with her positive energy, is a source of creativity and is always intentional with what she brings and how she shows up for the team.

Together, Emily and Mary find and appreciate the joy in the in-between moments - before, during and after rehearsals. Aside from the dancing, it’s about the people, the experiences, and growth along the way.
The Pacio family highlights a really special thing we experience at [ @cultureshock.trainingacademy ] – multigenerational dance. We can be in class with kids from 8 to 88, and not even think twice about it. Afta Shock members get to witness and experience this feeling first hand at every rehearsal where dad Rey Rey and daughters Emily and Mary share the dance floor and energy as members of the same troupe.
Though each have their own story and journey, the dance floor and stage are not only places to connect as dancers but also to nourish family bonds through movement.
