What if water was your teacher?
Water teaches us that movement doesn’t need to feel forced.
It can shape, support, redirect, and reveal.
As the guṇas, the ever-changing qualities of nature, continue to shift within and around us… activity, heaviness, clarity… practice becomes a space to notice, respond, and recalibrate.
To move with life…
with a little more awareness,
a little more softness,
and a little more trust in what is already moving within.
For the past few weeks, we’ve been building this sequence from the ground up—breath by breath, layer by layer. From exploring structure, stability, and embodied awareness.
This Saturday, May 9, we continue our evolution through the lens of Motion of Serenity 💙
@bellapranayoga Inspired by the changing qualities of nature and the intelligence of water.
Perhaps we pause long enough to ask:
Nature is always moving… are we listening?
Come explore the next layer.
