Jake Grant - Portland, OR Realtor

This is what the joy of being the winning buyer out of eight looks like!

I had the pleasure of meeting this client through a previous listing. Enamored with the Portland community and the historic architecture, she was determined to take on her next project and we hit the ground running right away. The moment she walked through the open house, I got the text: “I love it, this is the one.” Competition grew fierce, as the location was prime and it had so much of the true Portland character, but after lots of communication and crafting the perfect terms - she got the house!

Seeing her light up and the wheels in her mind start turning was worth every hardship, and the amazing @sal_homes_in & @susiehuntmoranhomes on the list side made this sale seamless.

Over the moon! Congrats to this amazing client and person 🏡❤️
