Has anybody had a positive interaction with this company? Has anybody bought a chair and been happy with it and the durability long-term? I purchased a chair for $2000 almost a month ago. I have yet to receive it and on top of that I paid extra money upfront to have two day shipping. You could tell it’s an out of the country company. When you call it always goes to voicemail then they call you right back. I’ve been trying to get a refund but they keep going back-and-forth with me telling me I need to pay a 10% restock fee. I’m a paraplegic and most electric chairs. Don’t work for me because of the foot plate. I can’t risk getting a chair and not working for me and then not giving me a refund. I just want them to give me my refund so I can get a chair that works for me. I just don’t trust this company.
