A lot of Gen Z are entering work during:
• a cost of living crisis
• post-pandemic instability
• AI replacing entry-level jobs
• and burnout becoming normal way too early

At @synkoraconsulting , we’re trying to properly document how Gen Z f actually feel about the future of work not just what employers assume we feel.

We’re aiming for 500 responses, so if you’re 16–29, it would genuinely mean a lot if you filled it out.
