Over the years, I’ve worn many hats:
 🎙️ I created a podcast to have deep, nuanced conversations.
 💭 I started BreatheUni, a peer support initiative driven by passion.
 💡 I had my time as a solopreneur, figuring it all out on my own.

But nothing has excited me more than starting this business.

Synkora is the first youth-led EDI consultancy, and this is just the beginning.

Some of you have known me since primary or secondary school.
 Some of you are from my uni days
 Some of you are newer to my journey.

But whether you’ve been here from day one or just joined the ride—THANK YOU. ❤️

Reflecting on my discussion on @skynews about the challenges facing our generation, it’s clear we’re not less resilient, but facing unique pressures like never before. Had the most amazing time discussing all things emotional well-being at an event hosted by the @princeandprincessofwales and @themixuk

We love getting to speak about the amazing work that @wearebey0nd do for early intervention so we felt honoured to be listened to about how we can get to a more mentally healthy society.

The Safe To Lead Project by @bbccin @wearebey0nd @synkoraconsulting explores what meaningful, sustainable support for young leaders should look like; how organisations can better protect wellbeing, reduce burnout and create safer leadership spaces.

We are looking for young people aged 10–25 to share their experience and insights:

Our first Synkora event went off with a bang! ☀️

Despite it literally being one of the hottest days of the year, so many of you showed up to talk about the future of work.

What stood out to me most was how hopeful people felt.

From introducing a young person to a potential mentor, to looking out for Gen Z peers, to believing in yourself enough to change the world the room was full of optimism, ideas and action.

A huge thank you to our brilliant panelists, our partners at Beyond and PIC, everyone who volunteered, and every single person who came along and contributed to the conversation.

Together we also raised over £1,000 for Beyond through ticket sales, donations and Big Give match funding 🎉

And finally, thank you to everyone who helped make Synkora’s first event so special. by @louiselyons_

We asked @tanyamarwaha_ & @louiselyons_, mental wellbeing advocates and Co-Founders of @synkoraconsulting.

Their answer:
Your mental health is the foundation of everything. Before your goals, your hustle, your ambitions, it has to come first.

Lean into the support that’s available. Find your anchors. Know what pulls you back when you’re feeling low.

Because when you prioritise your wellbeing, everything else gets easier!
