Last week, I was behind the camera while Eugene spoke to a 1000+educators. And let me tell you… he runs a tight ship. 😂 I was getting all the angles & did a great job if I say so myself 💁🏽♀️
I like showing up for him. But one thing I didn’t expect was how I would get inspired by the conference itself. I was asking the team about how the activations were set up, asking questions about how different teams worked together, and paying attention to the little details that most attendees probably walked right past. One thing that really stood out to me was how engaged the event staff and activation teams were. They weren’t just there to “work” the event, they were part of the experience. That energy made a difference, and it’s definitely something I’m thinking about as we plan Love the Hair You Wear.
That’s a plus about supporting someone else’s dream.
