✨ FACILITATOR SPOTLIGHT: TAREA ELIXIR ✨
Meet Tarea Elixir, who will be guiding Wild & Welcomed — a dance journey that feels like a homecoming for every part of you. 🌈
Drawing on contemplative arts, parts work, and somatic embodiment, Tarea creates space to explore and reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been left behind or left out on the dance floor. Whether you’ve experienced dance floor bullying, feel uncertain in your body, or simply want to discover new ways of moving, this journey is an invitation to find your dance as if for the very first time.
This one is for all of us. The wild ones, the weirdo ones, the ones still finding their way in. 💕
What part of you is ready to be welcomed?
📍 August 7–9, 2026 | Providence Farm, Cowichan Valley
