Kels + Shawn Dub: What you need to know before THIS FRIDAY.
Kels is the dancers’ DJ. Raised in Detroit, she spent 13 years as a dancer before stepping behind the decks, bringing serious emotion that made her a fixture at New York’s most respected spots, including Nightmoves, Public Records, Nowadays, and Hot Mass.
Shawn Dub is a longtime record collector with decades in the LA, San Fran, and New York underground scenes. Alongside his residency at Public Records, he serves as buyer and in-store curator at Human Head Records and co-host of ‘Records Before Rent’ on The Lot Radio. He’ll be imparting his wisdom and rare records in The Blue Room during a listening session on The Loft, one of NYC’s most iconic parties from the ‘70s. Tix in bio!
