Today my son joined me at the dealership for lot washes, and after we wrapped up, we talked about how his first day went. Hearing his thoughts reminded me that these moments mean more than any paycheck.
I’m grateful for the time we’ve spent working side by side over the years. Watching him learn the value of hard work, responsibility, and consistency is something I don’t take for granted. My hope is that these experiences help shape him into the man he’s meant to become.
No matter how big this business grows, days like today will always be some of my greatest accomplishments.
