It took me 365 days to build my first startup in 2016.

I wanted it to be perfect, so I kept it private until it was "perfect".

A year later, when I realized nobody cared about my app, I burned out.

In hindsight, this was the best thing that happened to me.

It created a frustration that still forces me to ship every idea within 24 hours.

That's how I shipped 35 mini startups that make $1M/year while working solo from anywhere.

Put your idea out there within 24 hours.

Over-engineering kills more startups than ugly MVPs.

6 hours to $37k/mo - but what after ship?. What worked for TrustMRR?

Shipping fast beats spending a year polishing something nobody asked for. The 24-hour constraint is a brutal but useful way to force real validation. 🔥

@marclouvion what should I do study first to start creating my first startup? Thank you

Shipping in 24 hours is great for early validation, but when you hit product-market fit on tools like TrustMRR and DataFast, how many weeks of refactoring did you have to backfill to handle concurrency and webhooks smoothly?

The 365-days-to-perfect trap and the 24-hour rule are two ends of the same lesson: feedback is the only real currency. What is underrated in your story is that shipping fast only works because you ship to an audience that answers back — most first-time builders skip building that channel entirely.

I don’t agree 100%. When i compare my day 1 to day 30 it’s a huge difference.
