Hola beloveds,
I have been super lowfi in
online engagement
& my life overall has been on a pause …

A few months ago I was diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy and auditory neuropathy ( a possible cochlear implant candidate)…
And continuing with more in-depth cardiology testing this month ( so far so good💓💫).
As shown in wearing my current heart monitor until Agosto 3rd❣️
Next up a echocardiogram

I am greatful for the guidance and service of my dear GP this last year,
Dr.Harvey Maksvytis at El Rio Golflinks Health Clinic,
I have been immersed in medical care, MRI, ultrasounds
Lab/blood work, mammograms,
neurology and audiology testing…
I am grateful to have had access to Arizona’s AHCCCS medical insurance this year.
I thank @elriohealth and @tmchealthaz for their care and support.

I would also like to lift up and express deep appreciation of the Holistic care I am engaged in with acupuncture, herbalism, Fascia stretch therapy ( FST), cranial sacral therapy, chiropractic/PT care.

Meanwhile, my CHW Apprenticeship training is on hold until I can stabilize my condition. I hope to return soon with a renewed purpose. Perhaps working with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community that I am now a part of🦻🏽💫

Currently, I am finishing up my @accessibleyoga teacher training this Summer with a shift in perspective on what accessibility in yoga could truly feel like… my discovery continues…

The good news is that I am cleared by my cardiologist to continuing my prayer running …which looks more like walking or a moving desert tortoise for me 🥰🐢❣️
I’m truly considering starting “Desert Tortoise Run Club” in Tucson w/ a @stillirun AZ chapter…

“to fly”🪶and honor/celebrate Mother Nature outdoors in movement🌍👣💫
I still hold the dream to run a Half Trail Marathon in some desert canyon…as a charity bib runner, raising monetary blessings to worthy causes in need💝❣️ such as @runforthemigrants @rising_hearts
