After seeing an Instagram ad, answering our call, and signing up for a 5am RIDE, it was the first decision of many that helped Sheila accomplish a huge goal she had for herself.
Always having a fear of failure and wondering if she can stick with this like so many other women have, she created the consistency in her training through a community that helped her grow.
Even with all the training she was doing, she was in the mindset of “even if it doesn’t work out for me it’s ok”, and now it’s actually working and she wants more 💪🏼
