Back on the EDM scene for the first time in 25+ years… 100% sober! Wow!!🔥

I forgot how much I love this music, dancing all night with friends, and just getting lost in the moment. Elements was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced!! Thanks for the invite @thejohannaroche . This took me right back to my youth 💜

I seriously “just can’t get enough”!!Swimming has been a love of mine since I was a child. Never thought I’d be competing in my first open water race at age 50. Still can’t believe I placed 3rd!! Pinch me please 😊 taken in Lake Nockamixon by @ladyp76

Fit by Fifty 🔥

After seeing an Instagram ad, answering our call, and signing up for a 5am RIDE, it was the first decision of many that helped Sheila accomplish a huge goal she had for herself.

Always having a fear of failure and wondering if she can stick with this like so many other women have, she created the consistency in her training through a community that helped her grow.

Even with all the training she was doing, she was in the mindset of “even if it doesn’t work out for me it’s ok”, and now it’s actually working and she wants more 💪🏼 taken in 6YCLE Allentown by @ladyp76
