Women’s Philly Triathlon 🩷💖 such a fun race and a fabulous day with the race girls! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️☀️ There’s just something special about an all-women’s race. Hundreds of women showing up, pushing themselves, cheering each other on, and celebrating every finish line. @delmoeliteevents @the.cupcake.cartel @cupcke.apparel @steelmanracing @stamponelaw #delmoeliteevents #stamponelaw #etc #triathlon #sprinttriathlon

Fit by Fifty 🔥 After seeing an Instagram ad, answering our call, and signing up for a 5am RIDE, it was the first decision of many that helped Sheila accomplish a huge goal she had for herself. Always having a fear of failure and wondering if she can stick with this like so many other women have, she created the consistency in her training through a community that helped her grow. Even with all the training she was doing, she was in the mindset of “even if it doesn’t work out for me it’s ok”, and now it’s actually working and she wants more 💪🏼

Escape the Cape! 🌊🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏊‍♀️ Swim – FUN 😄 🚴‍♀️ Bike – FUN 😄 🏃🏼‍♀️ Run – Sand running… TRASH 😂 This was a bucket-list race for me, and it did not disappoint. Jumping off the Cape May-Lewes Ferry and swimming into shore was a whole vibe and definitely the coolest part of the race. What a fun weekend and an awesome way to kick off triathlon season! #escapethecape #delmoeliteevents #etc #stamponelaw #triathlon @stamponelaw @delmoeliteevents @the.cupcake.cartel @cupcke.apparel

Help us show some love to Sheila! She is the perfect example of what happens when you commit to the plan and lean into your community. For her, the turning point was the accountability, our nutritional guidance and seeing her hard work reflected in her body composition scans. That shift in perspective changed everything, proving that with the right data and the right people in your corner, there are no limits to what you can do. She’s been crushing her goals by embracing the challenge of progressive overload and showing up for the people around her just as much as she shows up for herself. She says she’s proud of how far she’s come, and we are right there with her! She’s stronger, more confident, and most importantly, she just got back from a doctors appointment and her numbers have never been better 😭🙏🏼 Keep killing it, Sheila! We are behind you all the way! 🚀
