Honored to be back at Prairie View A&M University
@pvamu for the second year speaking at the Mental Wellness Conference.
Thank you to
@pvamucafnr for the invitation and for creating spaces that prioritize wellness, connection, and meaningful conversations. I always enjoy engaging with students, staff, leaders, and community members who are committed to strengthening mental health in our communities.
As a therapist, I know that healing often starts with the conversations we’re willing to have. That’s why I love opportunities like this—to help normalize therapy, increase minority mental health awareness, and continue breaking stigmas in our communities.
I’m excited to be stepping back into more speaking engagements and continuing this work beyond the therapy room.
