#TheBear was the last show @naterade36 told me to watch before he passed away in 2022. It took me a year to finally watch it. As I’m about to watch the first episode of the last season, I’m getting mixed feelings about it.
The show ending is one of my last tethers to him in a way. His tastes, his passion for storytelling, and his understanding of me that I’d love this.
This show will have a special place in my heart for that alone.
I’ll miss this series when it’s gone, much like how I miss him now, nearly 5 years later.
Nate was right, he knew I’d love it.
