Yesterday, I closed a $7.2M sale in Sonoma Valley.
But the bigger story is not the price. For many San Francisco buyers, the equation has changed. Rather than continue to be priced out of their ideal primary in the city, they are choosing to live their primary life in wine country, commute to San Francisco when needed, and often keep a smaller apartment or condo in the city.
An easier rhythm. More land. More privacy. More life with a side of work, not the other way around.
And it’s only the beginning.
