How about we make a stretch of State Street pedestrian only? Add a rotating street food, craft, and art vendors. Let’s turn it into a year-round cultural spot that showcase our local Chicago talents from food, to art, to music. It’d be great if we can slow down, and walk, and snack, listen to music, look around and really admire at the architecture that we normally zip through.
