Iylia has taught me so much about what it means to lead a community from the Heart. Since joining the KL Swing community in Jan 2024, I’ve watched firsthand how he strives to uplift and empower every individual that crosses his path. And now, at the end of his 5 year reign, he’s able to let the organization go and fully trust in its next iteration.
He has left an indelible mark on my own leadership journey, more than he knows.
