Growing up as a track & field athlete myself, it was an honour to meet and chop it up with one of my favourite athletes of all time. 2x Olympic gold medallist that once held the title as the world’s fastest man, Mr. 9.84 seconds @theofficialdonovanbailey along with one of the greatest kickers in the history of the @nfl Mike Vangerjagt.
I’ll never forget watching the 1996 Olympic Games and witnessing @theofficialdonovanbailey break the 100m world record and then bring home gold in the 4 x 100m w/ @brunysurin @speeddoctor96 @glenroygilbert 🥇🥇🥇🥇. Then watching @theofficialdonovanbailey destroy Michael Johnson at the SKYDOME (now Rogers Centre).
