Had a fun weekend with the scouts at Camp Trask this weekend. The kids got to experience shooting riffles, shotguns, and bows & arrows; it was the first time for many. Then a few of us went on a hike…which ended up being 6 miles 😥. Then we had an up and close bear sighting! He was a juvenile that was most likely abandoned by mamma bear, so he was doing a mix of showing off and desperately trying to find food.
