Time: 10:30 - 12:30
• 45 minute beachside stretch with Tilly moving to the sound of the waves
• 45 minute slow solté sauna and ocean dip
• Finished with an optional coffee at the best on the beach @coastalcoffeeshoreham
Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own mat for extra comfort.
