A really phenomenal actor that killed almost every role he was in, played the psychopath part a little too well. Some of his works included Boardwalk Empire, Hannibal and Murder by Numbers. Michael Pitt was talented, but with a lot of issues. Lots of people have said that he was very hard to work with on set / unprofessional. Public meltdowns ended up altering his career trajectory including a criminal case trial going on right now with him. He could have gotten so many more iconic roles, unfortunately the way things played out it never transpired.
