Cree-Silver Corley

Some adventures change you in ways you don’t even notice until they’re over. 🎭

A few months ago I stepped on stage as Gavroche — a tiny boy with a big voice, climbing barricades, running through crowds, singing my heart out night after night. I didn’t know then how much that little street kid would teach me.

I learned what it means to give everything you have, even when your legs are tired and your voice wants a break. I learned that the stage doesn’t care how you feel that day — it just asks you to show up and tell the truth of the story. And every single night, I tried to do exactly that.

Playing Gavroche made me stronger — not just as a performer, but as a person. It taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to find joy even in the hardest moments. I met people who believed in me, who pushed me to be better, and who I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.

I will never forget this role. Gavroche will always be one of the chapters that made me who I am. Thank you to everyone who came along for the ride, who cheered, who believed. ✨
