Groovewell Vacation was really special.

I left feeling so seen, loved, and deeply reminded to trust the process. To keep daring to follow the quiet call, even when the path is unclear. To show up as I am, with all the softness, all the questions, all the devotion, and let the work reveal itself through the people it touches.

Sharing the sunrise sessions and feeling how they landed has become a huge driving force in my journey right now. It reminded me that when something comes from an honest place, it finds its way.

I also loved catching @natural.orbit play at the Voyager Lounge. It felt beautiful to see other people answering their own calling in a space that feels so connected to what I’ve been exploring through sound, listening, and shared presence. So I asked them to step in as guest hosts for today’s Open Heart Social Club while I slip out of the city for the holiday.

Big love and gratitude to the entire @groovewellvacation crew for the care, curation, and beautiful work that went into holding the festival.
