Another milestone on this beautiful path that I have been blessed to walk. Being apart of the @pedrosauer_bjja is such an honor and gift. I truly have a second family that spans far and wide and have learned so much from all my brothers and sisters. Having @bigfrogbjj award my 1st degree is such a special moment for me. Not only have I learned a lot from him in jiu jitsu but in life. It is very serendipitous to have him as a mentor. I have always had to travel to grow in my jiu jitsu in gyms all across America and both of us found a home in the psbjja. I’d like to think that his journey of following master @pedro_sauer_ in many ways reflects our relationship. I also wouldn’t be here without everyone at @graciecharlottesville from my students to my peers and mentors whom the list is too long, I am forever in your debt. I truly love every person I have ever shared the mat with and will share with in the future. Here’s to growth, health, and fellowship. I am full of gratitude.

Thank you @parkcityjiujitsu for creating a space for us to come together and share our love of jiu jitsu. Having this be the place I level up makes my heart full. The history of our lineage and the path jiu jitsu took find me certainly came through here and @pcbjjmikediaz
