Just 90 minutes from Rome, you’ll find Marmore Waterfalls—the tallest man-made waterfall in Europe, standing 165 metres high and originally built by the Romans over 2,000 years ago.

There are several walking trails, viewpoints and even paths that take you right beside the waterfalls, where you’ll definitely get soaked.

⏰ One important tip: check the water release timetable before you visit. The waterfall is turned on and off at scheduled times, so planning your visit around the opening times makes all the difference.
