This clip shows Mills mixing Sperminator’s “Uptempo” with the incredible speed and precision behind the skills that earned him the nickname “The Wizard.”

Long before laptops, waveforms, and sync features, every transition relied entirely on technique, sharp timing, and complete control of the turntables.

As a founding member of Underground Resistance and one of the pioneers of Detroit techno, Jeff Mills helped shape a DJing style that continues to inspire artists across the world.
