The most surprising thing to me when I started this 3.5 years ago is how much I love the excitement, the problem solving, and the crazy array of hats (mostly metaphorical) I get to don each and every day.
And I still love it, but lots of things are shifting and we need to try some new strategies and tactics. Growing our online following and sales will be a total game changer and I can’t wait to see what happens.
