We took a helicopter from Seward, landed in a remote area close by, and went paddle boarding surrounded by some of the most unreal scenery we’ve ever seen. It truly felt like stepping into another world.

This is one of those once-in-a-lifetime adventures that deserves a spot on your Alaska bucket list. Trust me… you’ll never forget it!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think future customers should know about this. Our experience with Alaska Helicopter Tours was disappointing because of their transportation policy. We were charged $79 per person for transportation to Anchorage, and when we asked to arrange our own taxi, we were told we couldn’t. We felt forced to pay for a service we didn’t want because no alternative was offered. I was also surprised to see that they encourage customers to leave 5-star reviews by offering a raffle for free merchandise. While that’s their choice, it makes it harder to know how many reviews are completely unbiased. Be sure to ask about every mandatory fee before booking. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen another company.
