A first of its kind: Peruvian / Japanese fusion. Concept came straight from Spain, now finally opened up its doors for the first time here in the US (Chicago). 🇪🇸 —-> 🇺🇸

P.S. Absolute MUST try’s are anything Toro, Salmon AND Scallop (Wagyu was also great).😋
