Congrats to my client/brother @_deesouthern_ for stepping on stage for the 1st time yesterday at @chattfitnessexpo
When we first chopped it up last summer you told me you wanted to get on stage in 2026, naturally.
I said it’s gonna be tough, but if you trust me & do the work, we can make it happen.
Fast forward to now, 80lbs later, we walk away with a 2nd place finish in Classic Physique.
So proud of the work and dedication you’ve put in these past months to completely change your life & your physique.
Excited to keep on pushing & continuing to bring out the potential I know you have.
The medals, trophies, & pro cards are cool but wins like this mean the most to me as a coach.
