We brought our best and this time it was enough to get the job done, so happy finally be in the pro league and able to make my mark in this sport at a high level.

Life changes when your standards become stronger than your excuses 🎰

Been forever it seems since i’ve posted a true physique update. Around 198 right now, feeling good in all aspects, just putting in the work really.

Foods starting to push up, going to be hitting another growth phase here, before hopping into some shows next year.

If you know me you know i’m always super competitive and love to compete but this lil time off has allowed me to grow in so many other areas, so i’m grateful for that.

Next year gonna be a whole new look, super excited to keep building a physique that’s worthy to be at the top of the division.

Always super grateful to be able to travel, meet people, make connections & experience bodybuilding at the highest level.

There’s something different about being surrounded by the best in the world. Athletes, coaches, business owners, creatives, all chasing another level.

Going back home incredibly motivated after these past few days. Ready to work, keep building, keep learning & keep getting better in every aspect.

Pull Day Clips ⚡️

Hella locked in with training as of late, really focusing on creating a stimulus that forces the body to adapt & grow

Food still pretty moderate right now, but added some supps back and excited for this next push.

Been taking things a lot more serious in bodybuilding, coaching, life etc.. finally realized what got me here isn’t gonna take me to where I wanna go now.

Road To ⭕️lympia ‘26

Can’t say enough about this past week dawg, what an experience.

To be around & learn the thought processes from such high level coaches and athletes was exactly what i needed to continue to propel forward.

@cameron_cheek - dawg i can’t thank you enough for inviting me out, and letting me experience what real high level shit looks & feels like first hand.
I feel like this is a huge turning point in my career in both aspects. As i now see what it takes to get to the level I know i can operate at.

The OG Crew, it was so good to be around like minded individuals that share the same hunger to be the best.
Created relationships & memories that will last a lifetime.

Don’t be scared to take that risk, it might just be the one that changes your life. Put yourself in rooms that force you to level tf up.
