Eeek we did it, we got to a start line and got to dust of the cobwebs! 🥹

Although getting everything sorted today really reminded me of how much of a faff this sport can be sometimes, I loved it and had the best time.

Stunning swim, fast bike (for me) and then my legs tried to hold on for dear life in the heat! ☀️Think I smiled the whole way round, finished 2nd female sharing the podium with @molly__bryce @coach_bx_holland (great event from @manchestertriclub ) but more importantly I got to race in front of Maya who was my best cheerleader 👯‍♀️

Glad I got to fit this in before doing a 70.3, it was also a reminder to order some tri laces for my shoes… 🤪
