watch me get my sparkle back after FINALLY figuring out the power of working in seasons as an autistic + adhd girlie :) i think one of the biggest lessons i’ve learnt as a late-diagnosed autistic + adhd girlie is that my brain has two very different sides… there’s the ambitious, creative, hyperfocused side that wants to do EVERYTHING: build businesses, write books, travel the world, say yes to every opportunity and squeeze every last drop out of life 🤠 and then there’s the side that craves slowness, simplicity, routine, predictability and absolutely *nothing* on the calendar !!!! and for years, i thought i had to choose between them. but i’m slowly learning that the secret isn’t choosing one or the other - it’s giving both sides of my brain their time to shine 🌞 seasons of working hard, chasing big dreams and saying yes to exciting things, followed by seasons of slowing down, doing less, spending time outside and letting myself just exist !!!!! because the goal isn’t to build a life where i’m constantly productive OR constantly resting, it’s to build a big, beautiful life where there’s room for both !!!!! would looooove to hear if you’ve built a life around seasons too and how you’ve made it work for you <3 - #adhd #autism #neurodivergent

Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara terus menunjukkan komitmennya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya para pekerja rentan. Sepanjang tahun 2026, seluruh pemerintah daerah di Maluku Utara telah menganggarkan perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan bagi 112.682 pekerja rentan yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) maupun Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes). Dari jumlah tersebut, sebanyak 19.841 pekerja rentan diantaranya diserahkan secara simbolis oleh Gubernur Sherly Tjoanda, didampingi Direktur Utama BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Saiful Hidayat, dalam rangkaian peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke-27 Provinsi Maluku Utara di Pelataran Masjid Raya Shafful Khairaat Sofifi, Senin (12/10). Selaras dengan tema "Tumbuhnya Harus Terasa", peringatan hari jadi ini menjadi momentum untuk memastikan bahwa kemajuan pembangunan daerah juga dirasakan oleh masyarakat pekerja. Komitmen tersebut salah satunya diwujudkan melalui perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan yang memberikan rasa aman bagi pekerja dan keluarganya dari berbagai risiko sosial ekonomi. Tahun ini, perlindungan tersebut difokuskan bagi para pekerja di sektor pertanian yang memiliki peran penting dalam menopang perekonomian daerah. Mereka mendapatkan perlindungan melalui dua program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, yakni Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) dan Jaminan Kematian (JKM). Gubernur Sherly juga mendorong keterlibatan pemerintah daerah dan sektor swasta untuk memperluas cakupan perlindungan menuju Universal Coverage Jamsostek (UCJ). Sementara itu, Direktur Utama BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Saiful Hidayat mengapresiasi komitmen tersebut. Ia mengungkapkan bahwa hingga September 2026, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan telah menyalurkan manfaat sebesar Rp124 miliar melalui lebih dari 15 ribu klaim di Maluku Utara.
