It’s an experience. From the décor and music to the spices in our kitchen, everything is designed to transport you straight into a cinematic celebration of Indian cuisine.’

We were recently invited down to Hero Saab in Leighton Buzzard, just 10 minutes from Luton and 35 minutes from London. They offer a wide range of fully halal dishes and 0% Alcohol drinks. From vibrant street food favourites to rich curries and flavour-packed mains, we got to try a selection of some of their signature dishes.
Our highlights 👇
🥟 Mixed Chaat Platter — a fantastic way to start the meal, featuring Papri Chaat, Samosa Chaat, Pani Puri and Bhel Puri. Each dish had a comforting, homely feel, packed with authentic flavours that really stood out.
🥣 Pani Puri — crisp shells filled with bold, tangy flavours that delivered the perfect burst of freshness in every bite.
🍗 Bang Bang Naga Wings — authentic Bengali-style wings with a delicious balance of heat and flavour. Definitely one for spice lovers.
🥩 Bengali Beef Chilli Fry — tender beef cooked with bold spices and plenty of flavour. Rich, satisfying and easily one of the standout dishes of the meal.
